Founded in 2023, Advanced Training Products is a family-owned organization built on over 50 years of experience in education and law enforcement. We started with a mission to address the growing need for effective workplace impairment solutions. Recognizing the importance of providing employers with user-friendly tools, we created resources that help manage this critical issue easily and efficiently.

Our journey began with developing a tool designed to help companies recognize and document impairment, which has been thoroughly reviewed by national experts. Initially, we believed a documentation tool would suffice. However, collaborating with various organizations, we discovered the need for a more comprehensive approach to workplace impairment.

Impairment extends beyond substance use, encompassing the overall health and well-being of employees and the organization. In response, we expanded our offerings to include a suite of tools that help companies build a holistic program to tackle these challenges. Our solutions now include anonymous hotlines, reporting dashboards, and more, enabling companies to proactively address potential issues.

Our training materials are informed by trusted sources such as the NHTSA, DEA, DOJ, DHHS, NIH, Cleveland Clinic, and Mayo Clinic. All content has been reviewed and edited by our team of medical experts, including doctors, nurses, hygienists, and pharmacists.
